The 11 yr. olds were the only ones that went this year. Bones is "Stick Man", it actually looks way cool when walks, he kept getting tons of compliments on it. K-Bug was "Spa Girl", but they kept thinking she was trying to be an old lady or grandma. She said, "Yeah, I'm told I look just like my grandma and we're about the same height." LOL Not very many people home tonight, and so far we've only had two kidlets. We were only gone for an hour, so I'm a little bummed. But, our driveway is way long, and I didn't decorate at all this year, didn't feel like throwing away money on decorations the dog would just shred. Oh well. Maybe next year we'll put a little energy into it. Now, I'm just trying to stay out of the Halloween Candy to win Heidi's candy challenge.

Okay, that stick man costume is seriously cool! I might have to steal it next year. How did you do it?
Thanks!!! It was pretty simple really. Just take an old black turtle neck and sweats. I punched two tiny holes with my sewing scissors, carefully. Thread twist ties, like the kind you get at the grocery store for your veggies and twist them around the glow sticks tightly. I tried it with black elastic, but it was a pitb. We got the glow stick packages from the $ store of course , it worked pretty easy. Casey took his contacts out and put his glasses back on and I twisted some onto his glasses too. And he put some through his shoes and it really looked cool when he was walking. He sure had fun doing the wave too. It sure was easy to spot him!
They both look great! Kenzie has the posing down perfect. :) And Casey's costume is such a clever idea!
