One of these Signs is Not Like the Others, Not Like the Others......
I "finally" got it. This intersection is on the way to downtown and has collected several political signs. But I finally noticed one of the handmade ones was different, can you spot it. Why didn't I think of it?! So cute! (Sorry they're not a little clearer.)

LOL! Yes, it says, "Bruce Kennedy, Husband of the Year" Too cute.
That is very cute. It just fits right in with the others! I am impressed that you noticed.
